I’m not sure how to judge it. The coat rack itself is sleek and beautifully presented. Communication isn’t their strong suit, but let’s just chalk it up to the busy period and probably the unexpected success. Benefit of the doubt.
However, the included mounting hardware is terrible. Bolts break off. Something I also encountered in a previous review, and their response back then was that they provide proper mounting hardware. Newsflash, you don’t do that.
I’ve now had to disassemble everything and rehang my coat rack, which I really don’t want to do. But yeah, how do you get a broken bolt out of the wall? And then I have to look for decent screws. And two hours of my life that I’ll never get back.

I bought coat hooks for the Jack coat rack a while ago. Since then, a modification has been made: the so-called “protective rubber element.” Even when I called on my day off, I was treated extremely kindly and the delivery was arranged. Fantastic company that keeps its word. Thanks for the service.

I was shocked that the mirror was delivered the day after ordering. It’s a beauty! I still have to hang it, I will wait until there are 2 of us so as not to cause any damage, but I am very happy and proud with it. I had been looking for a nice decorative wall mirror for a while. My eye immediately fell on the MIRA mirror from Indusign. This eye-catcher completes my hallway! The mirror is not only super beautiful but also of very good quality! I ordered the mirror on Saturday 9/11 and it was delivered very well packaged to my home on Tuesday 12/11. We purchased the Fyre L firewood rack. We wanted to use this firewood rack inside the house and wondered whether a plaster concrete wall could support the weight. Indusigns informed us about this via WhatsApp and via the service call.
We had the installation done by a handyman company and it was done within an hour. We have placed an LED strip behind it so that it is a real eye-catcher in your home.
Very satisfied with this company.

A few weeks ago I bought a beautiful magnetic board from indusigns. I was very happy with it. When hanging up, my granddaughter had dropped the glass tube, which is a nice part of the board, of course not a disaster, but that darling immediately started crying. The next day I called Indusign and 2 days later the tube was in the mail with a nice email on the laptop. An enormous service, but not only that, I also received full attention when ordering the magnetic board. In short, I recommend all my friends and acquaintances to buy something fun and different from this company. I personally plan to visit the store in Zwolle for some inspiration.

After a long search, we ordered a mirror, wall shelf and coat rack from Indusign. We found this quite exciting, without having seen the products in ‘real life’. But the products completely surprised us and exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful design, but above all the materials are very beautiful and the finish is perfect down to the smallest detail. When we were then told that the coat rack would be delivered in the middle of our holiday, one phone call was enough to move it.

Indu Signs; a name to remember! Clear website, clear communication, super fast delivery and of course beautiful design :-). Some time ago we published ‘Magnetic Board | Wally’ bought; the small version. Unfortunately, the big one wasn’t there yet, otherwise it would have definitely become the big one :-). Tip; order some extra magnets right away, they are really nice. Today the large ‘Design mirror | Mira’ and ordered a wall shelf. I can’t wait for them to be delivered and hung up.
