It is always possible to exchange a stock item. The return costs are for your own account. The item must be undamaged and unused. Do you want to exchange your item? Send an email to info@indusigns.nl

As soon as we have received the product to be exchanged in good order, we will send the new product.

Returning a product is at your own expense. You can return the undamaged and unused item within 14 days.

Refund

As soon as we have received the return shipment we will assess it. We will then let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via the payment method used. This takes no more than 14 days.

If you have purchased a custom-made item from us, a refund or exchange is unfortunately not possible.
