Return or exchange a product? Then read the following!

You want to exchange your item

It is always possible to exchange a stock item. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. The item must be undamaged and unused. Would you like to exchange your item? Please send an email to info@indusigns.nl

Kindly include the following information in your email:
– Your name
– The order number
– The reason for the exchange
– The item you would like to receive

Please return the item in its original packaging to the following address:

As soon as we receive the item in good condition, we will send you the desired replacement item.

You want to return your item

First of all, we are very proud of our low return rates! Of course, a return is no problem. You can return the undamaged and unused item within 14 days. If needed, we can provide you with a return label, and the costs will be deducted from your refund. Feel free to let us know!

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method. This will take a maximum of five days.

Please note that refunds or exchanges are unfortunately not possible for custom-made items.
