Delivery will take place within 5 business days of ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product page (out of stock / pre-order). Fixed shipping times are Monday afternoon and Thursday afternoon. Exact times depend on pick-up by PostNL. If this period is not possible, you will be informed as soon as possible. Refund

As soon as we have received the return shipment we will assess it. We will then let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via the payment method used. This takes no more than 14 days.

If you have purchased a custom-made item from us, a refund or exchange is unfortunately not possible.
